You can do this yourself, inside the app, without asking anyone. It takes two taps and it is immediate.
In the app
Open Settings, then under Your data choose Delete everything. Confirm when asked.
That erases the data on your phone first and then deletes your account and everything our server holds for it. It cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account and the email address attached to it.
- Your subscription entitlement record and any practice credits.
- The people you added, your notes, your timelines and your scheduled conversations.
- Every rehearsal: transcripts, debriefs, retries and comparisons.
Nothing is kept in a backup for later. There is no recovery window, because there is nothing to recover from.
What is not ours to delete
A subscription is billed by the App Store, Google Play or the Galaxy Store, and deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your store account settings, which is also the only place it can be cancelled. If you delete your account with a subscription still running, you will keep being charged until you cancel it there.
If you cannot reach the app
If you have lost access to your device, or the app will not open, email judahben149@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We will confirm when it is done.
We ask you to send it from that address because it is the only thing we hold that can show the account is yours.
